What qualifies
- A written or online quote from a physical repair shop in Metro Vancouver
- The exact same repair on the exact same device model
- A comparable part grade — OEM matched against OEM, premium against premium
- A quote that is current, dated within the last 14 days
- The competitor has the part in stock and can do the job now
What doesn't qualify
- Mail-in and online-only repair services with no Vancouver storefront
- Marketplace listings, classified ads and unverifiable social media prices
- Clearance, liquidation, staff or one-day flash pricing
- Quotes that exclude labour, taxes or the part itself
- Repairs using low-grade aftermarket parts when you're quoted OEM from us
How to claim a price match
Show us the quote
Bring a photo, screenshot, printout or emailed quote from the other Vancouver shop. It needs the shop name, device model, repair type and price.
We verify it
We confirm the repair and part grade match ours. If we need to call the shop, we do it while you wait — it takes a minute.
We match the price
Once verified, we match it on the spot and do the repair the same day, still with our lifetime warranty on eligible repairs.

How does the Cell Universe price match guarantee work?
Bring us a current, written quote from another repair shop in Metro Vancouver for the same repair on the same device. Once we verify it matches ours in scope and part quality, we match the price on the spot.
Do you price match online-only repair services?
No. We match quotes from physical repair shops in Metro Vancouver only. Mail-in and online-only services can't be verified the same way and don't carry the same in-person warranty.
Can I price match after the repair is done?
The price match must be claimed before we start the work. Once the repair is complete we can't retroactively adjust the price.
Does price matching affect my lifetime warranty?
Not at all. A price-matched repair is still covered by our standard lifetime warranty on parts and labour for eligible repairs.
What if the other shop uses cheaper aftermarket parts?
We match like for like. If their quote is for a low-grade aftermarket screen and ours is for an OEM part, we'll show you both options and price match against the equivalent grade.
