Repair Services
All repairs are diagnosed and quoted upfront before work begins. Final pricing depends on your device's exact issue and is confirmed in-store before any repair is carried out.
Warranty
Repairs completed at Cell Universe are backed by a lifetime warranty on parts and labour for the specific repair performed, covering manufacturer-style defects. The warranty does not cover new accidental damage, liquid damage after the repair, or unrelated issues.
Devices Left In-Store
Please back up your device before bringing it in. Cell Universe is not responsible for data loss during repair. Devices not picked up within a reasonable time after a repair is completed may be subject to storage terms communicated at drop-off.
Buy / Sell / Trade
Devices bought, sold, or traded through Cell Universe are inspected and graded prior to transaction. Final value or sale price is confirmed in-store and may differ from online estimates.
